CONTACT US → info@govrnix.comIntroduce Govrnix to a client with an AI governance need. When they sign a commercial agreement, you earn a referral fee on the first-year contract value. No implementation required on your part.
Deliver the AI governance implementation — integration, configuration, policy design, and training. Your consulting fees are entirely your own. You also earn a referral fee on the underlying Govrnix contract.
Provide ongoing AI governance managed services — monitoring, reporting, policy updates, board preparation. Govrnix becomes the platform you deliver those services on. Your service fees are your own.
Referral registration. Register the client referral by email to info@govrnix.com before Govrnix makes first contact with that company. First registration wins.
Your fees are yours. Implementation, consulting, and managed service fees are entirely your own. Govrnix has no involvement in your client-facing rates or your engagement terms.
Non-exclusivity. Both parties may work with others. Govrnix does not grant exclusive territory rights. No minimum referral volumes required.
Partner listing. With your consent, Govrnix may list your firm as an implementation partner on govrnix.com. Optional and removable at any time.
Term. 12 months rolling, auto-renews unless either party gives 30 days written notice. Termination does not affect commission owed on referrals already registered.
Governing law. This arrangement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Govrnix Inc. is a Delaware corporation operating from Houston, TX.
